The following is a link to a picture identified as Lt Col Looney. This picture was taken at Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base in Thailand in 1968. I was stationed there from Sept 66 to 67 as a two stripper in the Air Force. I worked as an Aircraft Electrician on the F-105 Aircraft. Is anyone familiar with this Lt.
