I normally get anywhere from 30 to 50 emails a day because of my research. Yesterday imagine my surprise at 263 messages..160 of them were tagged by "Ray"..apparently my server was having problems and doubled up on every message yesterday...Oh well, Back to the hunt... I had 80 repeats. Crystal
I hope he got the hint that when he sent out an email to the group he ALSO got a copy. Lisa (56 emails!)
OBVIOUSLY rootsweb is NOT monitoring!!! Some of the e-mails I'm getting were ones that I had deleted earlier! Ginny
IF YOU WANT OFF THE LIST....SEND A NOTE TO '[email protected] In the body - - just type "unsubscribe"
WHAT IS W/ALL THE DUPLICATIONS? I HAD 87 E-MAILS this morning and most of them were from you. Talk about tied up!!!

I got all of them -- damnit
If he wants off the list, he should unsubscribe or at least block the e-mail address it is sent from! An easy solution indeed! And why you want off the list anyways? I find it very interesting and educational. Oh well, just block the e-mail address its sent from, problem solved. What is going on? Are the rest of you getting all those messages or is it just my machine alone? About 55 in the last half hour or so from Ray Looney wanting to get off the list?? Some are repeat messages, others are various other messages with his request to get off the list at the bottom. Whew!
Ray Looney: In regards to your message below : send to [email protected] In the body of the message type the word "Unsubscribe" At 08:38 PM 4/10/00 -0700, you wrote: >> >> > If at all possible I would like to ask you to take me off your mailing >list. Me too, who is this idiot? I am so glad that rootsweb is monitoring our emails. What the heck? Is this guy not using his delete button? Does he think that every message should pertain to him? I cannot understand.
