A John William Pullin married Elizabeth Smith in Greenwich in 1892. In 1911 a Jane Smith is with them as “mother” but probably mother-in-law. So perhaps Violet was registered by her aunt and uncle. On checking 1939 the Pullin link is a red herring as Violet D Pullin (later Lucas) is living with John W Pullin and her dob was 16 Aug 1911. Sorry.
