Below it Recd 23.04.0x (I think this may be '02' rather than your interpretation of '03'), the date on which the baby was brought to the church (the building) to be Received into the Church (the people). At the private Baptism most of the Baptism service (except theactual Baptism itself, a prayer and a blessing, would be omitted, and the omitted parts used at the Reception should the child live.
