I presume all are aware of the imminent demise of the Rootsweb lists on 2nd March 2020 With that in mind, I wondered if any steps were being taken by the list owner, to move the list to a new platform? I have started a few of my lists on io groups and am so far pleasantly surprised how well they run, the facilities and settings appear to me to be far better, easier and actually work, unlike Mailman the present Rootsweb lists platform -- Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK)

Nivard, Groups for most Dutch provinces can be found on https://groups.yahoo.com/. Although it is my understanding that Yahoo have reduced the functionality of their free groups to some degree. But the email list functionality, which is the most important one for typical use, has remained as far as I know.
