Dear List, Can anyone tell me please if there was a French Huguenot church anywhere in the area of East Smithfield in the 18th century? Or which local churches do not appear on the IGI? I am trying to find Samuel Hensher/ Hansher/Henshaw born in 1776 and there are clues that he may have been born in that area. Is Wapping close by as there are Henshaws there in earlier times and also in the Minories.Grateful for any help. Many thanks Bev Robertson nee Hensher
