"Looking for any details on a Walter H Whitley, appears in the 1901 census, Bermondesy London aged 1. I have two pictures painted by him which I received from my mother bedore she died in 2007 aged 102. The story goes that his family were fishmongers but well off. Walter would insist on playing his violin on the streets which was a embarrassment to his family, so Walter was places in a home(aslyum). their he disappears from the scene.
