I have a Jane Hensher, daughter of Samuel, a pipe maker, who married into one of my branches. She was born about 1834, daughter of Samuel Hensher. According to the census she was born in Northfleet, Kent, but I have different information from a member of Genesreunited: Samuel William Hensher (b c1800) married (1) Hannah Brown, (2) Susan Two children born in Croydon: Samuel John b and d 1829 Samuel William b 1831 They then moved to Stepney and had: Jane (bapt 10 Apr 1836) John James b 1840 I think the family originated in Kent.
