Hi I know it's best to put surnames in the topic but my problem is that I don't know the surname. A friend of mine found some old letters in a car boot sale. They mention an "Eric" and a "Bessy" who married on the 8th of June 1965. They lived in 72 Winnington Road in Enfield. They married quite late in life and were in their 70's. I've used freeBMD to search for marriages in all of 1965. But can't seem to find any that match. Also I have an ancestry sub but am unable to find any Eric living in Winnington Road in the phonebooks etc. (although I'm not sure that I'm getting the best results out of the search) Any ideas?
