Hi All Thank you all for your help. I have looked at the local registrars offices in the past and they don't seem to want to take US plastic nor checks from this side of the pond. That rather limits options. But, I do know the full names of both parents and will take a run at Nivards solution. I will just give them the full names as they appeared on the death cert of another of their children. Bill in the US
