Hi Pat Yes to your question, I have found that you have to do a right click with the mouse to be able to save the image. Entirely depends on type of browser you are using, And if you have installed Ancestry's enhanced viewer. And if you are windows or mac On google chrome I simply click right on image and select Save With enhanced viewer in Firefox click the Save button Let me know what you see as problem.
