I do! But not all the time.....I have a laptop and a desktop both running Win-7. I also have the enhanced viewer installed. If I save an image (by just clicking the save button on the image screen) on the PC it saves perfectly. If I do the same on the laptop it will save but the image isn't there when I search for it.... I'm not sure what the problem is, unless it's to do with different processors, but if I disable the enhanced viewer on the laptop it will save and retrieve the image but not to such a high specification, so I have to resave it via the PC for a good quality print. I asked for help on the Computer-Help list but none was forthcoming..... Bit of a pain.... Ruth I googled for this problem and found that Ancestry have a help item on this issue which states "Note: With recent changes in both Internet Explorer for Window Vista or Windows 7 and Ancestry.com, you need to set Ancestry.com as a trusted site before you can print or save record images. For instructions on how to do this, please click here. Note: With recent changes in both Internet Explorer for Window Vista or Windows 7 and Ancestry.com, you need to set Ancestry.com as a trusted site before you can print or save record images. It's always worth googling any computer problem you have for you're probably not the only one to have it and there is normally someone who has posted the solution somewhere.
