    3. Hi Helen, I have the 1891 London Census on CDs but haven't yet found a way to email the image. I think that facility was prevented. Below is my transcription, not too easy to read the entry as it looks as if the enumerator wrote small with a thick pen nib so it looks like ink blobs in parts, particularly the ages:- RG12/246, f38, p20, sch. 151. 121 Murray Street, Shoreditch. George R? Pownall, head, m, 58?, Vicar St John the Baptist, Hoxton, London Clerkenwell. Jane Pownall, wife, m, 52, Edinburgh. Dora Pownall, dau, s, 28, Australia Perth. Leonard A. Pownall, son, s, 27, Artist, Middlesx Isleworth. Herbert E. Pownall, son, s, 25, Tutor, London Hoxton. Grace A. Pownall, dau, s, 23, London Hoxton. Octavia M. Pownall, dau, s, 23, London Hoxton. 3. Hi Lesley, ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lesley Chaney" <chaneys@clara.net> SNIP< I have the 1891 London Census on CDs but haven't yet found a way to email the image. I think that facility was prevented. >SNIP< Hope that helps, Lesley If you have, or download, a free facility for creating PDF files [e.g. http://www.primopdf.com/download.aspx then you can click on print for the page as usual select PrimoPDF or whatever as the printer click print and the programme will create a pdf file of the image In Primo the pdf file automatically opens and by clicking "share" you can select an e-mail recipient. I find that it is also a better way of sending images/pictures than as jpg files, as with OE the latter always embed themselves in the body of the e-mail. Kind regards John Henley
