I have a list of a married couple and their children and the last 2 children were registered births in "London C. and Solihull ", can someone tell me how close to each other are they? The last two births were in 1913 and 1914. Is Solihull in a different County then London C. ? I have cousins in what is known as Tower Hamlets.I have them in 1891, 1901 and 1911uk census. I also found that these places were leveled in WW 2, are there any sites online that would give me more info on the destruction. George Corrigan Buffalo,NY.USA

Its not impossible but they are a fair distance apart For more on the majority of places in England and Wales, try entering the place name and the word Genuki into google So for example :- Solihull Genuki It will usually answer your question Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) >I have a list of a married couple and their children and the last 2 children were registered births >in "London C. and Solihull ", can someone tell me > how close to each other are they? Hi George, Being from the Netherlands but having frequently visited Solihull I wanted to reply with what I know. I assume London C is London Central Solihull (country West Midlands) however is very close to Birmingham and Coventry. I even think there is a part called Lyndon could your source be misspelled? Have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solihull Kind Regards, Frans Utt The Netherlands, Op 12 apr 2011, om 20:02 heeft George Corrigan het volgende geschreven: > I have a list of a married couple and their children and the last 2 children were registered births in "London C. and Solihull ", can someone tell me > how close to each other are they?
