Jeremy--If you look at the entry just opposite (to the right) of your Trent entry, you will see that the address there is definitely 25 Swan Lane. It looks just like the Swan Lane for Trent. On Judy's suggestion of Thanet Cottage, Swan Lane I "googled" that phrase. It appears in Google Books in an 1862 listing so I'm sure Judy is correct.
