Have you checked findagrave? http://www.findagrave.com They list two Hanwell Cemeteries in the greater London area. If you know which one is *yours*, you might find the picture already posted there. If it isn't, you can make a request of a findagrave volunteer, who will photograph the stone and post it to the site. It's all quite simple and then can be seen by others researching your family.
