I am hoping that I am in the right place...I have had a YDNA 64 marker test it seems I am connected to the Sir James Clerke and Elizabeth Ferrers line...Most of the people I connect with are in the USA I also connect into this line with my Autosomonal DNA from a daughter of Thomas Clarke and Rose Kerrich, .Thomas being a descendant of Sir James.. I cannot link my ancestry through the paper trail to them, as I have come to a dead end with my 2nd great grandfather William Smith Clark who was born c.1808 in Ireland. Checking out my links on Ancestry I have discovered that Sir James may have married previously to Joane.. does anyone know how I can find something more definite ? as I cannot find anything on the internet just peoples trees with conflicting information. Some Clark lines in the trees seem to have migrated to Barbados..and I wondered how my descendants migrated to Ireland ? I guess it was land and plantations..any views from someone would be greatly appreciated.. Hope someone can help my confusion ?? Keith
