    1. [LON] Were there 2 Middlesex Streets?
    2. Hello everyone,         I am puzzled and once more need your help please. Samuel Ke nnerley's Will of 1814 has his address as 22 Middlesex Street Somers Town.  The Whitechapel Society, Wikipedia and various Googe searches  etc have Petticoat Lane changing to Middlesex Street in 1830 +  which is well after 1814.  Do I need to disregard their dates? Then this leads me to my next query.  Is it likely that he would commute 3 miles morning and night?  The following show he resided and conducted his business in Bedford Ct. Covent Garden. Westminster Poll Books and Trade Directories - Samuel Kennerley Mens Mercer Bedford Ct Covent Garden. St Paul's Covent Garden baptism records - children baptised. St Paul's Covent Garden burial records - 1814, 1815 and 1817 for Samuel and children all of Bedford Ct. Covent Garden. Or do you think Middlesex Street may be the Solicitor's address?  The Will has the address and then the first line says "I Samuel Kennerley of the above place ..." It doesn't appear he was estranged from his family as he bequeathed everything to my 'dearly beloved wife' I do hope someone can take the time to consider this please and put my puzzled mind to rest!
