Have two queries at present: How can I find which service my Mother's served in? I think 3 of the boys were in the Army and one was in the Air Force, one Aunt was in the WAF and I'm not sure about the last one. My Mother was in the QAIMNS as a Sister and served in the Middle East and Italy. Before that she was either at St Thomas or St Giles (she nursed at both hospitals) then after she demobbed she did her Midwifrey, (sp?) and was a District Nurse (or whatever they were called) in the Dulwich/Elephant and Castle area, till she emigrated to NZ in 1950.
