G'day~ There is a George SIRKETT at Pancras Parish, aged 20 with his parents John and Martha and five siblings. Could this be your George? Looking further, there is a George SIRKETT baptised at St Pancras on 9 May 1851, son of John and Martha Downes SIRKET. However, note that George was born on 30 Jan 1841. I also found John's first family, Mary FORTH m.1826 d.1839 prior to his marriage to Martha LANGFORD in 1845. I assume you have these details. Hope this helps. It may be you will never find your family if they lived in the Islington area. The 1861 census is not complete, and Islington is particularly affected unfortunately with whole streets absent.
