I am looking for info on my GGgrandfather James Edwin Lloyd who was a whaler that we believe came from Wales to New Zealand via the USA maybe Massachutts, He married a local Māori girl Hinekoau 15 Sep 1844 in Waikouaiti and died in Moeraki in 1846. They had 4 Children Harriet(my Ggrandmother), Alfred, William and James. Thanks Te Kore Reefton NZ

I don't know of any of my Lloyd line that came through Massachusetts. Mine came through a New York port and traveled to Utah in 1856.
