I am researching the children of Aaron Lloyd who came to Erie Co. in 1815 with his wife Margaret (Lindsey) and their children. They had 12 children -- 10 boys and 2 girls. I have been able to identify 9 boys and 1 girl. The girl I can't identify was born c. 1799 in NY. I do not know when the son was born as there isn't much space in between children. He may have been born c. 1802 in NY. They are on the 1820 census living with their parents in Millcreek, Erie Co., PA. Most of Aaron and Margaret Lloyd's children married in Erie Co., PA, but then left. Those who stayed in Erie Co. were: Aaron Lloyd Jr. born 1805 in NY; married "Peggy: by 1830. By 1836 they had 2 children (Kitty and Thomas). I can't find them after 1836. I also can't find any record of their children. Watts Bonnell Lloyd b. 1807 in NY; married Sarah B. Middleton in 1830; they had 8 children and lived in Waterford. At some time he was a Methodist minister in Girard, Erie Co., PA, so was known as Rev. Watts B. Lloyd. He died 1875. Horace Lloyd b. 1816 in Erie Co.; married Mary Ann Owen in 1838; lived in Girard, Erie Co., PA. He died 30 Aug 1895 in Girard. Any help on these LLOYDS who stayed in Erie Co., PA, would be appreciated. I descend from Aaron and Margaret (Lindsey) Lloyd's son Benijah Lloyd (1795-1864). Benijah, his wife, and their first born children left Erie Co., PA, in 1835 and migrated to Mercer Co., IL. Benijah Lloyd died in Mercer Co, IL, and is buried there as is his wife. Most of their children stayed in Mercer Co., IL; two lived in Rock Island Co., IL. Helen Graves
