Hope everyone is having a decent summer and doing OK fighting the heat. The unsubscribe and subscribe features of ROOTSWEB mailing lists is automated. I don't do it. I don't even see the transactions. BUT, if you change e-mail addresses, BEFORE you get rid if the old address, you MUST send an e-mail to LITTLETON-L-request@rootsweb.com (just like you did when you subscribed) with just the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the body. AND PLEASE turn off any signature files. THEN when you get the new e-mail address, do the same with just the word SUBSCRIBE. That puts you back in. If you don't do this, the old address causes errors that are sent to me and since you don't have the old address to send an e-mail from anymore, I have to manually unsubscribe it. AND I'M LAZY HA HA Also, there is a LITTLETON reunion being held in Florence AL on Sept 4 for any and all Littletons. Most of the attendees are from the Solomon, Charles, Thomas line that went from NC to AL and then later to TX. If anyone wants particulars, write me and I'll post them to the list.
