He was my ggg-grandfather, buried in Bethany Baptist cemetery near Dongola, IL. His sister was Margaret Ann Littleton m. Joseph Green Ford and settled near Balcomb, IL. One of his sons, William N. Littleton m. Sarah Ann Howell and settled in Jefferson Co/IL, my gg-grandfather. There are Littletons, no relation that I am aware of, buried near Alto Pass, IL. I have not visited that cemetery yet. I would be glad to help you if I can. Mind you, I am just a novice at this after only 4 years of part -time searching.
