Yep, got all that. Brian Berry has a page or so in the LITTLETON manuscript he just printed devoted to what he recently found back in the VA court records based on info I sent him about a Pherrel Littleton at the right time. It appears he was constantly being sued or suing someone and there are other Littleton listed as posting bail or something for him as brothers. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of Brian's manuscript here at work so I'm kinda posting this off the top of my head and can't tell you more, but we think we have figured out where he belongs back in VA but don't have definite proof.
