Terry, Hello again. I have FTM ver 5, but that should make no difference. I'm not sure what 'Outline Report' you have on the screen. Are you just wanting to send that one screen or the whole report? If you are sending an Outline Descendant Tree and want to send the entire report, try this: Click 'File' Select 'Copy/Export Individuals in Outline Descendant Tree'. A window pops up. Save under a new name, (whom ever the Descendant Tree is of.) You can save as *.FTW or as *.GED file. Go to your email letter and attach as you would any attachment. I did this using the *.FTW format and it worked fine. I opened it in FTM. I did this by sending myself an email with the attachment. If you just want the first page and no others, I copy it using 'Copy text' and place it in my word processor and then delete the part I don't need. Hope this is clear enough and works for you. I have Outlook Express for my email and Microsoft Works for a word processor. If none of this is of no help, try Family Tree Maker online. Go to the Message Boards and find the Question catagories in the lower right of the page.
