I believe he is a brother to one of the NC Littletons we already have but that has yet to be proven. I do show them born in 1770 in NC. Does anyone know in what county in NC they were married??? I show that they had 2 kids Thomas Littleton b 1768 William F Littleton b abt 1778 William married Nancy Jane Eblen and had 5 kids Charles b abt 1801 d TN Elizabeth b abt 1803 Tom Wilk b abt 1805 Sallie b abt 1807 Addie Lou b abt 1809 d TN That's all I have on that family. Now on his brother Thomas I show him married to Mary (Polly) Matlock with just one child - James Littleton b 1793 in Hawkins Co, TN I show them having 7 kids. William H 'Pleasant Green' Littleton b 1820 Emaline b 12 Feb 1822 William N b 1823 Eliza Jane b 1826 Thomas Jefferson b abt 1835 Ragan Dock b abt 1838 George Press b 1843 I have quite a bit of info on several of these families. Did you know that one of the Littleton gals married Cornelius Vanderbilt Jr who was descended from the Vanderbilt who built the Biltmore House in Ashville, NC?
