The sources include family records, census data etc. The Thomas Littleton you mention above moved from NC to TN (Hawkins) county) in 1797. Letters in my possession indicate that he had 3 wives and 3 sets of children but do not give details on them except for the following: Thomas was born in 1768 and died in 1845 he married Mary Matlock in NC (I think i have a date for that but have not found it again yet) They moved to Hawkins County TN in 1797 Children listed were: 1. James born 1793 obviously in NC 2. William Born in 1800 3. Pleasant born in 1806 4. Levinia no birth date but married a Hart 5. Female child that married a Hall 6. George Born in 1820 7 Minerva No other info on her George and Minerva are believed to be by his second wife
