That sounds like she is being told by her ISP that she's not connected to the Internet and therefore can't send emails. Is this ONLY happening with LIST mail or ALL mail she tries to send? If it is ONLY RootsWeb mail she needs to talk to her ISP to see why they are not allowing her to send mail TO RootsWeb. Since the mail is never leaving her ISP RootsWeb can't help...only her ISP can solve the problem. Joan In a message dated 11/24/2012 4:38:35 P.M.
