Christina, I have just had a look at Tesco.net and it seems they have updated their email software and provided their customers with their own anti virus and firewall software. Ask your lister if they have seen http://www.tescosoftware.com/internetsecfaqs.php in particular number 23. This may be the problem although it does look like this would affect all email Rob -----Original Message----- From: Christina Hunt <chrisnina@gmail.com> To: listowners <listowners@rootsweb.com> Sent: Mon, Nov 26, 2012 2:17 pm Subject: [LO] Poster "not connected" I still haven't seen her returned email. I unsubbed and re-subbed her just in case that helped. She said hitting Reply is not working either, so I would assume it is not a mispelling issue. She is a very long time very active memeber. She even said It is not a sorbs problem, so she knows a bit. LOL As I said she is the only person on the list using tesco.net. I wonder if her problem is with them.
