    2. Greg- I didn't say she wasn't connected to the Internet...I said it sounds like that is what the bounce is saying. If it is only happening with RootsWeb mail (mail sent TO RootsWeb) there may be an issue between the ISP and RootsWeb or they may be blocking mail sent to RootsWeb for some reason. In any case the problem is on the sender's end and not at RootsWeb if the mail never reaches RootsWeb and bounces back without being sent...which is what the error message appears to be saying.
