Hiya Christina, You could always have this poster copy you on the next email to the list so that you can see if there is anything maybe misspelled or just not quite right. You could also have her send you the full expanded headers of the bounce that she gets and you can forward those headers to the LO list to see if we can see anything. I unsubbed and re-subbed her just in case that helped. She said hitting Reply is not working either, so I would assume it is not a mispelling issue. She is a very long time very active memeber. She even said It is not a sorbs problem, so she knows a bit. LOL As I said she is the only person on the list using tesco.net. I wonder if her problem is with them. Thanks, Chris listowners-request@rootsweb.com wrote: > Another possibility ... does she have a typo in the @rootsweb.com part > of the address? Christina, Sorbs wouldnt be blocking mail going to the Rottsweb list but it would coming from Rootsweb. Do you have anyone else on list with a tesco email address having the same problem? Is she contacting you via the list admin address or your personal address? If the former then there is no problem with the mail going through the list server. My own email address was causing problems with non delivery to a few lists I am on and it turned out because I subbed when I had a full aol account my email address on the server was aol.com yet now i am using it via aim it comes through as.net or as aim.com so I had to resub even though I was receiving mail from the .com address. Could this be the problem here? Lainee, I have asked that she send me the rejection email. I guess it takes about 24 hours to get her email returned. I am still waiting.
