    2. The person who wrote to me at the admin address isn't subscribed to the list--just asking a question of the list admin. They never posted to the board so a reply on the board would never be seen by this person -- or it is unlikely that it would be. I'm sorry, but the burden of getting a reply to an email rests with the person who asked the question in the first place...not with the person who is replying.
