Wendy- Good advice on the posting of personal information. I've never seen anything quite like this mass poster on LISTS before. Usually this type of post comes on the boards and possibly through the gateway. This guy is nothing if not persistent. Another one - I had a new member on one of my lists recently post about her family. Her first-ever post on Rootsweb. She gave personal details about herself and close family members who were clearly living. I wrote to her suggesting she rethink the level of detail she revealed to a public forum, and she came back and thanked me for the guidance, appreciating that I'd prevented her from making a newbie mistake she might come to regret.
