That's unfortunate. Of course, you never know what's going on in someone's life, and some Admins are responsive in a way that others can't be, simply due to their own life circumstances (ie, a retired person who does genealogy all day, vs. someone with a family at home, a FT job, etc, and is active, but, not in front of a computer -every- day.)
