TonyM It was a Holiday in the states so staff would not finish removal from archive. Hi, The first action to take when a member of a mailing list's address is sending the list spam, is to unsubscribe them. Then you write the help desk asking for removal of the spam from your archives. You will need to provide the url of the spam messages to make it more convenient for the help desk to comply.
