To have the removal completed by staff after you have initiated the process (which sends an email to the poster for confirmation) -- just let the HelpDesk know that you have initiated the removal and they will complete it. They will also check to see if the spam went to any OTHER lists from this address and if there are too many of them they will do a global unsub of the compromised address and notify the "sender" of the problem. It sent the confirmation to the Sender Address on the original message. That is hardly any help as it will only confuse the sender (who just happens to be the assistant admin and whose address had been filched). I still need an address to which to send the URL's that I, The Admin, want to have removed. Thank You, Brad Miter
