I have a lister who isn't seeing his posts from a list I admin. He claims to be seeing his own posts from all other RW lists he's on. I've got the whole list set to get ME_TOOs. I don't see anything else *I* can do for him. He's using OE and a variety of email addresses including verizon. He claims the posts aren't in his spam box and that he's not using any filters on his in-box. IS there a box in OE he could have checked for just this one list that hides the Me-Toos? Cheryl WVHampsh
Cheryl, I had a similar situation some months ago, and we NEVER DID conclusively figure out what the problem was, but I thought and still think it was some forwarding filters that he had set and forgotten about, but maybe not. In any event, following is what I suggested we do: 1. I removed his subscriptions (he had two of them) from the list, which should hopefully eliminate any connection to filters to other addys if any exist. 2. Tell the subscriber, when he received the notice of being unsubbed, to resubscribe HIMSELF (you don't do it for him) using whatever account he chooses. This should (at least in theory) reestablish a direct connection to his email account with no forwarding filters, unless he has got something pretty unusual. No guarantees, but this appears to have worked for me and my subscriber remains on the list today with the former problems still seen as past history. I hope it works. David E.
