Joan, Gerhard is wonderful. Cannot say enough nice things about how he handles these problems. I am dealing with one AOL user now who belongs to MANY lists and who has been hacked and just spammed everybody: 1) "I didn't do it" "They can't get to my account to use it to spam people." 2) "If I did do it, it is not my fault if I didn't bother to change my password after all the warnings over the last year because they didn't apply to me". 3)" It won't do any good to change my password now cause it will just happen again". 4) The Administrator [me!] is paranoiac, too strict, mini-hysterical and a couple of other wonderful things. He stays on Moderate. he really is a helpful ole dude, but sure doesn't want to be wrong here. Janet
