That sounds like your web browser is no longer remembering your password. Check you browser settings (probably under Tools > Options) for a setting you can change to start saving passwords again, or (also?) check your new anti-virus program for a similar setting. Sounds like your anti-spam program is deleting cookies and saved passwords. Either that or you managed to accidentally change your settings when you installed the anti-spam program.
