My understanding was that lists are no longer given out to a "project" but that a county list is a county list. The project idea led to duplicate lists which is no longer done. I know the pages describing lists are old and still often say the list is for such and such a project. At least this is so in Ireland. I would like to know the current Rootsweb standing on genealogy projects owning lists. Does any one know? Thanks, Christina
