    3. if it says 'genweb' in the mailing list name, it belongs to the project on loan. if it does not say at all - it belongs to Rootsweb and subject to RW's maintenance and list rules. RW owns every one of the lists hosted by RW. Restrictions are not tolerated on non-genweb lists (eg bans against various groups and websites) just because a mailing list is hosted/maintained by a person belonging to a project. These rules have not changed in more than 10 years.
