    3. I'm a member of WorldGenWeb and yes it does have a mailing list hosted by RootsWeb as do many of the GenWeb projects. I'm not sure which particular list you refer too. There has been little to no discussion on the WorldGenWeb list in the past couple of years, but I have not heard of RootsWeb denying any projects mailing lists.
