It could be a WorldGenWeb list. Is it listed under WorldGenWeb when you go to the browse mail lists page? If not, it could the the admin is connected to WorldGenWeb, has had the list forever, and just assumes the two go together. It has been known to happen. If the listadmin is found to prevent, restrict anyone from outside listadmin's project, the list can be taken away, once the complaint is filed and investigated by RW. The policy has already established for years governing the lists having NO variations of genweb in the mailing list names.
