Yes Yes Yes...and this spam wasn't sent deliberately. It is the result of an account being hacked/compromised -- the list admin should put the address on moderated status and initiate removal of the spam from the list archives and also request removal of the LO post that quoted the spam. Then after completing the removal of their own post (responding to the email notice) the HelpDesk should be notified to complete removal of the original spam message from that list's archives.
