Anyone know if there is a list owner for the Staffordshire list ? I have a subscriber trying to post there and has now unsubscribed himself, thinking that he might resolve his posting problem by unsubbing and resubscribing But now he can't subscribe again I wonder if that is due to no admin ? No posts in the archives since January 2018 to that list -- Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK)

The reason nothing is working is because the list is set to Moderate for Subscriptions and Hold for Moderation for posts to list. Either there is not an admin or they are asleep at the wheel. This poster asked on Eng-Shropshire (which is how I found out about the problems with held posts). Would it break GDPR if we had a list of listowners? It'd be so useful. I think Wendy Archer might have a list of the UK list admins (ones of UK counties not UK-based admins). Staffordshire has an admin who is registered and checking the list. Hmmm He has done And I have also tried to subscribe with no reply As there are no posts in the archives, and at least one person has posted several times, it suggests something is not quite right If there is an admin and is checking the list? what are they checking ?
