    2. The HelpDesk form has a box that asks if your question has been answered or not and if not click CONTINUE...to submit your request to the HelpDesk. Did you click the CONTINUE button? So you are sending a message TO the list and it isn't posting and you checked your admin page to be sure your address is correctly subbed to the list? Do you get a bounce notice? I complete the form in it's entirely but at the bottom, it says "contine". I click on that but nothing happens. I must not be explaining this properly.
