To enlarge upon this: are you writing to the listname-admin@rootsweb.com address (replacing 'listname' with the actual name of the list) or are you writing a personal email address (since you seem familiar with this admin? If you are having issues with the listname-admin address you need to contact the HelpDesk...what steps are you taking in completing the form that won't 'complete' for you?
