    3. I have a member of one of my lists who is constantly posting messages about Family Reunions for his family name, which frankly seem to be happening several times a year. He's posted at various times first with a big announcement, giving dates, times and places, etc., and follow-up messages he starts giving prices and hotel accommodations, setting up activities and all sorts of things to get it organized. I've put him on moderation because frankly his messages seem more appropriate for a personal email list of his own rather than to come over a County list, but I have approved 1 or 2 before. I've got several more messages he's just posted on the subject again, and I'm reluctant to let them go through. I want to know if anyone else has had this type of situation, and does anyone have any opinions on the subject? Thanks, Deloris Williams

    3. Hello I organize family reunions myself. I do make a general announcement that the event will happen, when and where. I also state that further information will only be provided by contacting me personally. I do not post further information to the list, nor would I allow anyone else to do so. I don't think that prices, hotel names, etc., belong on the list.
