Cathy- I believe this is how it is supposed to work. You are not having YOUR password sent to you but rather having the password RESET (and the temp password sent to the admin address or record). So you can safely change it back to the one you had been using if you want to. Joan In a message dated 1/22/2013 7:15:19 P.M. I received email notifications that some emails sent to the list were being held for me to review. However, when I clicked on the link and then entered my password, nothing happened. At first I thought that possibly the Rootsweb servers were having problems. So, I decided to wait a day. I went back again yesterday and still could not access my maintenance page. This morning when I tried to go back in and was unable to do so, I then requested that my passwords be sent to me for both lists. Much to my surprise, totally unknown passwords were sent to me. I have since gone in and changed the passwords to something I’ll remember. What could have changed my passwords? I wrote to Rootsweb customer service and received an email back from a guy who said that he would have been the only one to change the passwords there and he didn’t do it. I know I didn ’t do it and no one else has my passwords. I also checked my Norton Anti-Virus and it’s up to date. Anyone have this problem? Any ideas about this? Thanks, I’m confused, Cathy-0
